Winkin' Blinkin' and nod

Through our Winnkin', Blinkin' and Nod program we provide beds to children that wouldn't otherwise have a bed. In calendar year 2018 Sharing and Caring donated 60 beds to children in need in Camden, Miller and Morgan counties through their Winkin’, Blinkin’ and Nod program, many of those complete with bedding as well. The need is brought to the table from school counselors and social workers, Child Advocacy, Child Family Services, Citizens Against Domestic Violence, and several other lake area organizations. All requests are researched and vetted to insure that the recipient will maintain good stewardship of the gift. Since the program started in Mar 2015, over 270 beds have been given to children in the tri-county area.
